The first house we visited was to replicate a type of castle
Many fireplaces were placed in the home. They used an expensive pattern of stone called herringbone.
Each chimney had a different type of brick pattern that was used. The chimney on the right was designed by Jeff Seal.
The second house we visited was more of an italian/mediterranean style of home.
Each room used different types of arches
The kitchen had very detailed molding and there was also a vacuum system that was placed throughout the house.
The house had some rooms that ceilings height was 2 stories tall. Most of the rooms had detailed ceiling that were incredible to look at.
This was one of my favorite field trips. Jeff Seal is truly amazing at what he does, and it was awesome to see up close these million dollar homes.
